Radar Decoy

Aircraft towed radar decoys are used to defeat missile threats by emitting radar signals amplified by microwave power amplifiers. A reliable and compact power supply is needed for this device to convert 2.5kVdc from the tow line to around 22Vdc. This work was supported by the United States Naval Research Laboratory.
